Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif perfectionné pour le dépôt et la protection de sédiment sur les fonds sous-marins. Le dispositif de l'invention comporte une structure en forme de plaque étirée déposée sur le fond, constituée d'une partie centrale d'axe longitudinal située au-dessus du fond et de deux pans inclinés s'étendant longitudinalement de part et d'autre de la partie centrale, dont les faces supérieures s'écartent l'une de l'autre vers le fond pour former avec celui-ci un angle de 10 à 30 degrés environ, les dimensions étant suffisamment larges, et le matériau utilisé ayant un poids spécifique suffisamment important pour éviter l'obligation d'un ancrage au sol. Application à la protection d'ouvrages sous-marins.
