Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation du méthyldichlorophosphine par réaction méthane/PCl3 en présence de tétrachlorure de carbone à des températures supérieures à 500 degrés C. Selon l'invention, on utilise le mélange de départ en association avec 2-7 moles % de CCl4 comme amorceur de réaction, par rapport au PCl3 , on fait réagir le CCl 4 à un degré de 50-80 % par variation de la température de réaction dans les limites de 550 à 650 degrés C pour des durées de contact constantes de 0,1 à 0,9 seconde et on élimine par condensation le mélange de réaction contenant encore 20-50 % du CCl4 utilisé décelable par analyse.
