Abstract

Pneumatiques à carcasse radiale métallique. Dans ce pneumatique où le talon comprend un élément de renforcement axialement extérieur composé d'une bande de tissu de câblés s'étendant radialement du niveau de la tringle jusqu'au-delà de l'extrémité retournée des nappes de la carcasse, la tringle est enveloppée dans une gaine en tissu métallique composé de câblés à torsions de meme sens, l'extrémité du pan axialement extérieur de cette gaine s'étendant radialement au-delà de l'extrémité de la partie retournée de la carcasse et de l'extrémité supérieure de l'élément de renforcement. Application notamment aux pneumatiques pour véhicules de transport lourd à carcasse radiale à une seule nappe.
