Abstract

Pneu à ceinture, comportant des couches de ceinture, disposées au-dessus d'une carcasse radiale, ainsi qu'au moins une couche de ceinture subdivisée dont les éléments de renforcement, par exemple des fils, des fils métalliques, des câbles ou des éléments analogues sont disposés à l'intérieur des couches de ceinture et des couches de ceinture partielles, respectivement parallèlement dans chaque couche. Au-dessus de la couche de ceinture supérieure 9 est disposée au moins une couche de recouvrement 10 comportant des éléments de renforcement en fil textile ou synthétique ou en câble métallique extensible, disposés à peu près suivant la direction périphérique du pneu. Application : pneus à carcasse radiale et à ceinture.
