Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production en continu d'un produit à poil en forme de tissu fibreux se composant de fibres orientées à angle droit par rapport aux deux surfaces principales du tissu, en partant d'un tissu fibreux primaire où les fibres sont orientées le long de ses surfaces principales transversalement ou longitudinalement, et il comprend les étapes de couper le tissu primaire en bandelettes, d'arranger les bandelettes côte à côte avec les fibres debout et de les transporter ainsi à une première position de dépôt. Selon l'invention, dans la premiere position, les bandelettes 7 sont déposées sur une surface mobile intermédiaire de support 23 où elles sont retenues par une force d'attraction dirigée vers la surface, et en même temps soumises à un déploiement transversalement par rapport aux bandelettes, puis les fibres sont déposées à une seconde position sur une surface mobile 27 de réception tandis que l'on interrompt la force d'attraction. L'invention s'applique notamment à la production de tapis.
