Abstract

Procedimiento para la realización de un no tejido constituido por una mezcla de fibras elementales de naturaleza diferente que consiste, en continuo: - en realizar por cardado (1) u otra técnica convencional un primer velo (10) a partir de fibras químicas; - en someter el velo (10) así formado a un tratamiento de ligado por medio de chorros de agua, tratamiento que consiste: u en una primera fase: en consolidar el velo (10) por acción de una primera serie de chorros de agua (3) que actúan sobre una de sus caras, siendo el velo (10) soportado por un tambor (4) que presenta unas microperforaciones; u en una segunda fase: en estructurar el velo (10) así consolidado por medio de un cilindro aspirante o sobre un transportador revestidos por una tela basta (13), por acción de una o varias series de chorros de agua (12); - en depositar en la superficie de la napa (10a) así estructurada unas fibras naturales (14) por napado neumático (6); - en someter el complejo (20) así formado a la acción de una nueva serie de chorros de agua (7) que actúan sobre la cara recubierta de fibras naturales; - en proceder a un tratamiento de secado (8), y después en recibir el producto acabado en forma de un arrollamiento.
