Abstract

Cette installation permet, sans aucune pompe ni pièce mobile de réaliser une digestion continue des substances organiques contenues dans des eaux résiduaires ou effluents industriels. Elle comprend principalement une cuve de fermentation 1 alimentée par le bas en eaux résiduaires fraîches, une zone de décantation 2 et une zone de collection 9 des gaz dégagés lors de la fermentation. Il s'établit dans l'installation une circulation naturelle des boues et du liquide qui passent de la cuve 1 à la zone 2 par des conduits 3 et reviennent vers la cuve 1 après décantation par l'ouverture 14. Des déflecteurs 5, 6 permettent de dégager les boues ascendantes et d'orienter convenablement les boues descendantes.
