Abstract

Ce réducteur marin comprenant deux pignons d'entrée 16 et 22 reliés par des accouplements ou embrayages, l'un à un moteur lent (Diesel) et l'autre à un moteur rapide (turbine à gaz) et dans lequel la grande roue 30 couplée à l'hélice et les roues de renvoi 24 sont contenues dans seulement deux plans, le pignon d'entrée 16 est intercalé dans la chaîne cinématique reliant l'autre pignon 22 à la grande roue 30.
