Abstract

La présente invention consiste en une planche à découper perfectionnée permettant le débit en tranches régulières à l'aide d'accessoires usuels en cuisine, de produits ou denrées quelconques 9. Le plateau de coupe 7 est incliné de 40 degrés environ et l'un des montants verticaux 2 figuré en pointillé comporte une découpe faisant office de guide lame. La butée 4, dissymétrique permet par pivotement d'un quart de tour, d'obtenir des tranches 10 d'épaisseurs différentes. Le dispositif selon l'invention peut être réalisé en bois, matière plastique ou métal, matériaux utilisés habituellement pour les appareils ménagers, il présente les avantages suivants : rapidité de mise en oeuvre, simplicité et sûreté d'emploi, le guidage de lame empêchant tout dérapage intempestif; d'autre part, un prix de revient très faible.
