Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour la séparation de mélanges liquides agressifs par évaporation d'au moins un constituant, avec apport indirect de chaleur par utilisation d'un tube évaporateur chargé avec un film liquide du mélange, dans lequel est disposée une enveloppe chauffante coaxiale espacée radialement de la paroi Selon l'invention, la chaleur est transférée d'un côté depuis l'enveloppe chauffante chauffée, par irradiation vers le tube évaporateur, l'enveloppe chauffante étant séparée du tube évaporateur par un espace de gaz rendu étanche axialement au moins vers le haut. Application : concentration de l'acide sulfurique dilué à 85 % jusqu'à 98,3 % en poids.
