Abstract

L'invention concerne une installation à vide pour le traitement d'un produit, comportant une enceinte de traitement comprenant un raccord de pompe et des dispositifs pour recevoir le produit et pour effectuer le traitement souhaité, ainsi que des feuilles pouvant être chauffées, servant de parois intermédiaires, qui sont disposées enfin la paroi intérieure de l'enceinte de traitement et le produit à traiter. Pour le chauffage des feuilles, elle comporte un dispositif de chauffage indirect 7 disposé entre ces feuilles et la paroi de la chambre 1. L'invention est utilisable notamment dans une installation d'évaporation sous vide
