Abstract

Cette installation est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins un réservoir de stockage d'huile de type flottant pourvu de moyens de chargement et de déchargement d'huile, des organes de protection composés d'au moins une ligne d'organes flottants entourant le réservoir pour le protéger des dommages dus aux vagues et aux objets flottants venant au contact et pour retenir l'huile s'échappant, des organes d'amarrage pour tirer le réservoir, des moyens de raccordement pour la connexion et la déconnexion de moyens de chargement de déchargement d'huile, une installation auxiliaire basée à terre sur le rivage ou sur une île artificielle et communiquant avec les moyens de connexion, et une plateforme installée sur la mer pour l'accostage de bateaux pétroliers et pourvue de moyens pour une opération de transfert d'huile, reliés à l'installation auxiliaire du rivage.
