Abstract

The outlet used for ventilating ducts on tiled roofs is connected to a conventional ventilating tile with flanged aperture. This arrangement is designed for use with ventilating ducts whose cross section is aperture cross section in the tile. The duct has a neck with narrow cross section which expands below and above the tile aperture. On the outside a cover is placed with radial outlet openings for the air rising through the duct. The cover is a cylinder with closed top and it is placed over the divergent outside part of the duct. The radial outlet openings in the cover are arranged under closed top rim.
