Abstract

The invention relates to a ventilating device for roofs covered by roofing slabs, composed of a base plate (9) which is adapted to the shape of the roofing slab and in which an opening is provided, and of a ventilating hood (12) which is arranged on the base plate, encloses the opening and is composed of a lower shell (1) and of an upper shell (3). The ventilating hood (12) is connected to the base plate (9) via clamping means (5) which engage beneath said base plate (9).
