Abstract

An external housing with inlets and outlets for cold and hot air surrounds an interior housing (8). The latter has ventilation openings arranged round the engine unit (1), but not opposite the inlets and outlets in the outer housing, so that the latter acts as a screen for the inlets and outlets. There can be protruding portions of the interior housing walls, in contact with the outer housing walls. The inner face of the outer housing, and the outer face of the inner one, can be covered with a thick layer of flexible honeycomb material.
