Abstract

The filling restrictor is mounted inside a vessel and has top and bottom assemblies supplied by a secondary pipe from the source. The bottom assembly (11) has a lower chamber connected to a first branch of the secondary pipe (34), and in which there work a first plug with an axial drilling, and a second one above it. An upper chamber is connected to the lower one via a port forming a seat for the first plug, and is connected to the vessel by other ports. It accommodates a first float solidly coupled to the first plug by a tube forming an extension of the drilling, and a second one above the first, coupled by wire passing through the first float, the tube and the drilling in the first plug to the second plug. In the lower part of the tube near the first plug are ports allowing fluid in the lower chamber to flow into the vessel (14), even when the first plug is lifted against the seat.
