Abstract

The grenade is particularly for launching from a firearm, having a single explosive charge containing both anti-personnel devices and a hollow casing to give an armour-piercing effect. The anti-personnel devices are incorporated in a body or block (b) surrounding the explosive charge, and produced by moulding the devices into hard material of nature compatible with the charge. The body or block can be inserted in a fitting to which it is secured by glueing or other suitable means. The rear end fitting of the grenade can be formed by the rear cover(d) for the explosive charge and the nose cone (e).
