Abstract

The prefabricated concrete floor slab has a lower face (1) of fibrons insulating material bonded to an upper thickness of expanded polystyrene (2). Reinforced concrete beams (3) run longitudinally through the polystyrene and butt against the fibrous panel. The beams have a trapezial cross-section, wider at the tope, where they are cast into a top concrete layer (6). Reinforcement (5) ties this layer to the beams, and the concrete layer has extending side walls which butt against the fibrous panel and encapsulate the polystyrene.
