Abstract

An adhesive pouch is formed from a sheet which is continuously folded over on itself parallel to the direction of movement in such a way as to form a continuous pocket. The pocket has a continuous opening. This folding operation could occur either during the application of the adhesive or during the seaming and cutting of the side edges of the pouch on the appropriate production machine.
