Abstract

The wooden window support is in two parts rigidly fixed together. The wide bottom part rests on the windowsill, and the narrow upper one forms a first overlapping portion for the window frame opening portion. A first water collection groove (33) and a channel are carved out of the first part to form a second overlapping portion, and a second water collection groove (34) is also carved out of it, between the point where it joins the top part (27) and its rear end (26). The parallel front and rear faces of the bottom part can be formed by sections cut from the top front and bottom rear corners.
