Abstract

The sprayer comprises a tank to which is fixed a frame (2) which supports spray booms (3, 3'). The latter are composed of a main arm (4) on which is hinged the outer part (5). The main arm is connected to one part (6a) of a lever in two parts (6). It is hinged to the other two parallel parts (6b) of the lever which are joined to one another by cross-piece (7). Rod (11) of a hydraulic jack (12) in connected to cross piece (7), the jack boxy being attached to the frame. By means of the jack, the main arm is made to pivot in relation to the frame, and bar (16) draws arms (4, 5) into a straight line. A spring (20) is included in bar (16), and acts as a damper for horizontal and vertical shocks.
