Abstract

The heat pump circuit is for cooling or heating, running between hot and cold heat sources at a distance appart. A compressor delivers the medium in gaseous form to a condenser exchanging heat with one source, from which once cooled it passes to an expander unit and thence through an evaporator exchanging heat with the other source back to the compressor again. There is also an auxiliary circuit using one of the sources names as a source of primary heat and also a secondary source at a distance from the first two. This circuit also has a compressor, condenser, expander unit and evaporator. The auxiliary condenser exchanges heat with the primary source used or the secondary one and is mounted near the main evaporator when the primary source is the hot heat one.
