Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a cooling and heating apparatus wherein in heating, at the time of low atmospheric temperature, and at the time of drive starting, the coolant is gasified and evaporated forcibly by an auxiliary heat source, whereby heating is sufficiently performed irrespective of the atmospheric temperature and rapid rise in the room temperature after starting the driving is made possible.
CONSTITUTION: A desired cooling and heating apparatus is constituted by piping and connecting a compresser 1, a four-way valve 2 an indoor heat exchanger 3 acting as a condenser at the heating time, and as an evaporator at the cooling time, a main pressure reducing mechanism 4, an auxiliary pressure reducing mechanism 5 pressure-reducing the coolant at the time of cooling and at the time of air heat source heat pumping, an outdoor heat exchanger 6 acting as an evaporator at the time of heating and at the time when the atmospheric temperature is comparatively high, and as a condenser at the time of cooling, a coolant heater 7 acting as a con-denser at the time of heating and when the outdoor temperature is low and at the time of starting the heating operation, and an opening and closing valve 8 and a check valve 9 provided in parallel to the aforedescribed auxiliary pressure reducing mechanism 5. According to this apparatus, pleasant heating conditions short in the so-called rising time can be obtained.
