Abstract

The seat consists of a fram for the back, two side rests (16, 16') restraining a person's back and upper and lower horizontal frame member (21, 26). A rear panel (25) is fitted below the upper member (21) and butts on to the lower member (26). The edges of this panel are covered by the side rests (16, 16'). The panel also seats partially in the upper member (21) to maintain it level. The lateral edges of the panel are covered by the tubular elements (18) of the seat frame.
