Abstract

Frames comprising two posts and two cross bars, are produced by injecting a foam forming resin into a mould with a core defining a cavity for an integrated moulding incorporating both cross bars and at least one post. Suitable for making panels with frames of hich density polyurethane foam and opt. one post of PVC or wood. Construction involves less machinery and joinery than mfr. of panels with frames of timber, metal or straight plastic profiles.
