Abstract

The two parallel clamping arms are united by two internal extensions at one extremity forming together to give a node with a rebated slot. When the two arms are pushed together onto the item to be clamped, a lug on each arm locates in this slot and the clip is locked shut. Alternatives have similar latching features. A typical alternative has an extension (11) attached to one arm lockable in a node (12) on the other arm. On the outside of each arm is a finger grip region (4, 5).
