Abstract

The light fitting comprises a body, a reflector, a light source and a cup forming a water-proof seal for the reflector in conjuction with a peripheral rubber joint fitting between the two. The reflector and the transparent cup are supported by a plate extending as far as the body, and having a central orifice in which the reflector fits with its flange under the plate. A rubber joint is inserted between the flange and the plate and overlaps the flange, the cup edge bearing against the overlapping portion. The plate can be shaped to fit against the inside of the covering housing. The cup can be mounted in a frame hinging under the plate at one end.
