Abstract

The light has two or more bulbs each with its own concave reflector and its own transparent cover. The reflectors (1,2) and the transparent covers (3,4) are all fabricated separately and held together by an elastic retaining frame (5) made of polyurethane or an elastomeric mix vulcanised at low temp. This frame forms a border around each join between reflector and its transparent cover and holds the two together. It also holds together adjacent reflector/cover pairs. The peripheries of the reflectors are shaped so as to retain the elastic frame. The elastic frame is shaped so as to retain the covers.
