Abstract

The concrete panels (1) are placed by means of a crane in position on the primary foundation (2), with a damp-proof course (3). In the case of two adjacent panels, a flexible mastic is placed along the vertical join on a bitumen foam (4). when the panels are in place, the blind walls and cross-walls are constructed with traditional materials (5). A U-shaped iron bar (6) is placed as a lintel in each bay into grooves at the top of the panels (7). Galvanised steel self-hooking boxes are placed on top of the panels, the crosswalls and bottom sides of the U-shaped iron pieces, over which concrete is then poured. The outer woodwork (10) is applied directly to the concrete panels.
