Abstract

Hydraulic piston pump has pump piston(s) in cylinder bore(s) in the housing, with inclusion of a working space that is connected via a spring-loaded valve to the delivery side, with a reciprocating drive. A space adjoins the delivery side of the valve, and via the space when there are several valves, the delivery sides of all the valves can be connected together and to a delivery channel. One wall of the space is elastically yieldable. Preferably the space consits of an annular groove and a ring which serves as the elastic wall, sealingly closes the groove outward, and is (partially) thin-wallet. Pressure shocks are damped, without altering the basic structure of the pump.
