Abstract

The vehicle is essentially suitable for urban use and is small and light and is of limited engine power. It may be battery electric or driven by an IC engine. Access is afforded by lifting a semi circular hood directly upwards so as to open the entire front of the vehicle. With this front loading door vehicles may be parked side by side, without the need for door space being left between cars. The rear of the car opens in the same way to accept luggage. The car has two steering wheels. One wheel steers the fron wheels and the other the back wheels so that easy parking can be effected. The steering columns are concentric and the rear wheels may be locked centrally.
