Abstract

A linkage for the wheels of agricultural implements etc., pulled behind a traction vehicle so as to prevent drift sideways from a straight line, also operates automatically to allow the implement to travel round a bend when required. The system includes a parallelogram linkage (1, 2) between the wheels, connected to the central pivot socket (5) by a pair of bent arms (10) interconnected by a pivot lever (12) the whole being tensioned by a spring (15) and controlled by an inertia slide (7, 13, 14). When the vehicle is turning the end of at least one arm (10) disengages from the stud on the slide arm.
