Abstract
Flow medium operated free flow breaker switch which prevents dirt deposits building up at the orifice edge zones, with two opposing, spaced orifices in the housing gap. The main orifice is connected directly to a hydraulic pressure supply through a main channel and the approach flow orifice is connected to the same supply via a branch channel including a hydraulic resistor. A sensor channel is fitted to the approach flow orifice in the flow direction behind the hydraulic resistor. The outer walls of the housing gap connect to the orifice openings in a streamlined manner within a region close to the orifice.
