Abstract

The base is a flat surface (5) fitted with castors (R). Two square tubes (6, 7) are fixed vertically to the base and held apart by a spacer (10). The flat table top (T) is mounted on slides (16, 17) to give horizontal movement relative to the base. It also has two vertical square tubes (8, 9) fitting inside those on the base and able to be locked at the required height by means of two clamping screws (11, 12). One vertical upright (8) has its upper portion (13) hinged to permet inclination of the table top. When the table top is inclined so that it is in the vertical plane the undersurface of the top bears against one of the tubes (8, 9).
