Abstract

Reactant, especially fuel, is atomised and mixed with carrier gas. Larger reactant particles are recycled. Small particles in carrier gas are fed to reactor. Partic for atomising of liq fuel, mixing with combustion gas and feeding to burner. Several designs of mixing chamber are specified, each ensuring large particles are recycled to storage tank while smaller particles entrain into gas stream.
