Abstract

A trolley for removing large fabric rolls from a circular loom includes a chassis mounted pref on castors and a horizontal platform for supporting the roll, the platform pref. being positioned sufficiently above the chassis to allow the chassis to pass under a walk way of the loom and the platform to pass above the walk-way. The chassis includes a handle comprising pref. two uprights interconnected at their upper ends by a cross-bar and pref. the platform is secured to the uprights. Pref. the platform has a cylindrical recess in its upper face and is supported at its edges by parallel square section metal beams.
