822,079. Shelving. SAUL, S. March 7, 1957 [July 9, 1956], No. 7651/57. Class 52(1) A knock-down rack, e.g. for storing pallets, consists of four channel-section uprights 2, 3 the webs of which have vertically extending slots 4 and vertically spaced key-hole slots 6, the former receiving the hooked ends 8 of horizontal fore and aft braces 7 and the latter receiving. lugs 16a projecting from the rear surface of side to side channel-shaped pallet-supporting members 12 14. The height of members 12, 14 is thus adjustable. Each end of the top members 12 has a pair of lugs 16a, while each end of members 14 has one lug. Further slots 5 in the uprights receive the hooked ends 7a of diagonal fore and aft braces 11. Each upright has two lines of key-hole slots 6 so that members 12, 14 can extend both, ways from the uprights.
