Abstract
The vapour ejector consists of a fixed body with two side openings for the transporter fluid and for the working vapour. The vapour passes directly into a tube jutting out into the main body to form an annular diffusion chamber for the two fluids before ejection. The tube is screwed to a tube-holder which projects backwards through the prolonged body and whose front end face slopes so that any cooled vapour is collected with the min. of pressure drop. This holder can be orientated externally by markings on its end cap so that if it and the tube are inserted into the body by remote control the tube will always be positioned so that the vapour orifice is directly below the vapour entry tube. All jointings are tightened with bands to prevent leakage and a protection block is fixed to the body between the entry tubes and the back end screw.
