Abstract

Parent patent describes light prefabricated elements for light or temporary buildings in the form of shells with curved walls the open sides being plane and rectangular, together with a half ellipse surface perpendicular to the first surface. To provide the required solidity, this addition defines the material as fresh concrete mixed with expanded polyurethane balls and soluble alkali silicate. The surface of the building or building panel is then coated with the soluble alkali silicate to adhere the building components together and to stick sheets of polyurethane foam on the coating. A grid or trellis of iron wire covered with fireclay is then marked or fastened to the polyurethane sheets. In the dismantleable constructors the elements are made of epoxy resin mixed with a low density mineral such as rice straw ash or glass fibre.
