Abstract
The sweet, of the type in PV 691-26.12.68, is composed of a fruit paste based on prune syrup coated with sugar. Pref. the paste comprises 8 kg, prune syrup, 3 kg sugar, 1.2 kg glucose, 160 g pectine, 1.8 kg water and 10 g tartaric acid.
