Il est fendu longitudinalement d'un seul côté et, de part et d'autre de la fente 5 ainsi formée, il présente deux brides de serrage 6, 7 traversées par le boulon 3. L'anneau 2 est constitué par un morceau de fil métallique, par exemple du laiton, du maillechort ou de l'acier inoxydable qui est enroulé de façon à former au moins une circonférence complète et, dans l'exemple, presque deux circonférences, les deux extrémités de ce morceau de fil formant deux petites boucles 11, 12 serrées, à plat, respectivement par l'écrou 10 et par la tête du boulon 3, dans le fond de deux embrèvements cylindriques 13, 11 pratiqués, respectivement, dans les faces extérieures des deux brides 6 et 7 du collier. Le collier 1 présente, en outre, une large fente transversale 17 qui débouche dans le trou de passage du boulon 3 et dont la largeur est égale au diamètre dudit trou. Le boulon 3 ne peut pas se déplacer dans la fente 14, car il est retenu en place par les deux boucles 11 et 12 emprisonnées dans les embrèvements cylindriques 13 et 14 des brides dudit collier. En outre, les parties du fil métallique voisines de chacune des deux petites boucles 11 et 12 de l'anneau sont logées, respectivement, dans deux encoches 18, 19 pratiquées dans les deux brides du collier, à la même profondeur que celle des embrèvements dans lesquels sont logées lesdites boucles, de sorte que l'anneau 2 ne peut pas tourner autour du boulon 3. Lorsqu'on serre le boulon 3, on assure, à la fois, l'immobilisation du collier élastique à tout emplacement désiré sur la canne 4 et la fixation solide de l'anneau guide-fil 2 sur ledit collier et, par conséquent, sur la canne. La présence de la large fente 17 du collier divise celui-ci en deux parties, ce qui favorise l'immobilisation du collier sur la canne, par une augmentation de la pression unitaire de serrage et par un effet de coincement. Il convient de noter que le serrage du collier 1 sur la canne est facilité par la déformation de l'anneau 2. Bien entendu, l'invention n'est pas limitée au mode de réalisation décrit et représenté; il va de soi que l'on peut y apporter des modifications, sans sortir, pour cela, du cadre la régissant.
