Description

Élément préfabriqué pour la confection de planchers.
L'objet de l'invention consiste en la réalisation d'un demi-élément préfabriqué permettant de réaliser par son assemblage un élément complet autopositionneur pour la réalisation sans coffrage de planchers à nervures croisées.
Il se caractérise par les moyens mis en u̇vre pris aussi bien dans leur ensemble que séparément, et plus particulièrement par une base rectiligne se prolongeant par des ailettes porteuses d'épaulements ou taquets de pose incorporés permettant l'enrobage des armatures; les arêtes supérieures sont arrondies de façon à former des gorges longitudinales constituant des coffrages en T assurant lors du coulage un ancrage parfait de chaque unité.
Ces deux demi-éléments étant assemblés pour former un parallélépipède creux dont les six faces obturées sont autopositionnées par leurs ailettes jointives de façon que par simple étaiement, sans coffrage, après pose des fers de tension et ensuite de répartition, le simple coulage du béton dans les nervures orthogonales permette la finition du plancher.
Sur les dessins annexés donnés à titre d'exemple non limitatif d'une des formes de réalisation de l'objet de l'invention : La figure 1 montre en perspective le dim-élément; La figure 2 représente la disposition autopositionneuse .de chaque élément; La figure 3 est une vue en plan du jointage des ailettes sur deux faces;La figure 4 représente en coupe le nervurage en T ancrant chaque élément.
Le demi-élément (fig. 1) comporte un fond rectiligne 1 avec double rainure 2, 3 et ailettes débordantes 4, 5.
L'extrémité de chaque ailette porte un épaulement 6 constituant un taquet de pose incorporé.
Le corps est formé par une paroi verticale arrière obturée, voilant totalement la face 7 alors qu'une face opposée est ouverte et comporte un vide 8, 9, 10 séparé par deux cloisons médianes.
Les arêtes supérieures 11, 12. sont arrondies, formant avec la superstructure plane 13, 14 une gorge latérale. Deux rainures 15, 16 sont également prévues.
Le corps de ce demi-élément est rectangulaire en plan, mais l'assemblage symétrique par rapprochement des faces ouvertes permet de réaliser en plan un élément sensiblement carré.
Cet assemblage se fait par des aciers placés dans les rainures 2, 3 et 15, 16, avec garnissage au mortier de ciment.
On conçoit dès lors les avantages de ce dispositif.
Les éléments une fois assemblés sont juxtaposés de façon que les ailettes 17, 18 dans les directions transversales soient jointives.
On place les fers de tension 22, 23 qui sont supportés du simple fait de leur placement sur les épaulements 24 à 27. Ils peuvent ainsi, avec ces taquets de pose incorporés, être uniformément enrobés de béton.
Les fers 28, 29, 30 ont été posés préalablement aux fers 22 et 23 et il suffit alors de couler le béton de finition dans l'ensemble des gorges orthogonales.
Par les profils ou gorges 11, 12 la dalle de compression sera ancrée profondément et la liaison avec le coffrage se fera sur toute la nervure formant coffrage.
De plus le T ainsi obtenu (fig. 4) raidit le plancher qui est ainsi rendu beaucoup plus résistant à tout effort de flexion ou autres, après la prise les plateaux 19, 20, 21 qui ont constitué le support des éléments et le fond de moule sont réutilisables sans usure appréciable, leur pose ne nécessitant aucun clouage ni coupe.
Cet élément léger parfaitement équilibré et d'une très grande résistance présente ainsi un maximum d'effets utiles.
Toutefois les formes, dimensions et dispositions des différents éléments pourront varier dans la limite des équivalents, comme d'ailleurs les matières utilisées pour leur fabrication, sans changer pour cela la conception générale de l'invention qui vient d'être décrite.

The object of the invention consists in the production of a prefabricated half-element making it possible to produce by its assembly a complete self-positioning element for the production without formwork of cross-rib floors.
It is characterized by the means used taken both as a whole and separately, and more particularly by a rectilinear base extending by fins carrying shoulders or incorporated laying cleats allowing the coating of the reinforcements; the upper edges are rounded so as to form longitudinal grooves constituting T-formwork ensuring during casting a perfect anchoring of each unit.
These two half-elements being assembled to form a hollow parallelepiped, the six closed faces of which are self-positioning by their adjoining fins so that by simple shoring, without formwork, after laying the tension bars and then distribution, the simple pouring of the concrete in the orthogonal ribs allow the floor to be finished.
In the accompanying drawings given by way of nonlimiting example of one of the embodiments of the object of the invention: FIG. 1 shows the dim element in perspective; Figure 2 shows the self-positioning arrangement of each element; Figure 3 is a plan view of the joining of the fins on two sides; Figure 4 shows in section the T-rib anchoring each element.
The half-element (fig. 1) has a rectilinear bottom 1 with a double groove 2, 3 and projecting fins 4, 5.
The end of each fin carries a shoulder 6 constituting an incorporated fitting cleat.
The body is formed by a closed rear vertical wall, completely obscuring the face 7 while an opposite face is open and has a void 8, 9, 10 separated by two central partitions.
The upper ridges 11, 12. are rounded, forming with the planar superstructure 13, 14 a lateral groove. Two grooves 15, 16 are also provided.
The body of this half-element is rectangular in plan, but symmetrical assembly by bringing the open faces together makes it possible to produce a substantially square element in plan.
This assembly is done by steels placed in the grooves 2, 3 and 15, 16, with cement mortar filling.
The advantages of this device can therefore be seen.
The elements once assembled are juxtaposed so that the fins 17, 18 in the transverse directions are contiguous.
The tension irons 22, 23 are placed which are supported by the simple fact of their placement on the shoulders 24 to 27. They can thus, with these incorporated laying cleats, be uniformly coated with concrete.
The irons 28, 29, 30 have been placed before the irons 22 and 23 and it is then sufficient to pour the finishing concrete in all of the orthogonal grooves.
By the profiles or grooves 11, 12 the compression slab will be anchored deeply and the connection with the formwork will be made over the entire rib forming the formwork.
In addition, the T thus obtained (fig. 4) stiffens the floor which is thus made much more resistant to any bending or other stress, after the plates 19, 20, 21 which have formed the support of the elements and the bottom of molds are reusable without appreciable wear, their installation does not require any nailing or cutting.
This perfectly balanced light element of very great resistance thus presents a maximum of useful effects.
However, the shapes, dimensions and arrangements of the various elements may vary within the limit of equivalents, as moreover the materials used for their manufacture, without thereby changing the general conception of the invention which has just been described.
