Claims (9)

1. Flytande, uretangrupper innehällande polyiso-cyanatblandningar med en NCO-halt av 15 - 30 vikt-%, vilka 5 har erhällits genom att reagera al) polyisocyanater eller polyisocyanatblandning-ar ur difenylmetanserien och med en diisocyanatodifenylme-tanisomerhalt av 50 - 100 vikt-% med 10 b) underskottsmängder av minst en polyeterpolyol och därefter eventuellt blanda den erhällna reaktionspro-dukten av komponenterna al) och b) med a2) uretangruppfria polyisocyanater eller poly isocyanatblandningar ur difenylmetanserien och med en 15 diisocyanatodifenylmetanisomerhalt av 40 - 100 vikt-%, i ett sädant förhällande att diisocyanatodifenylmetaniso-merhalten hos komponenterna al) och a2) är totalt 50 - 95 vikt-% och halten av difenylmetanseriens difunktionella högre polyisocyanater hos bäda utgängskomponenterna är 20 totalt 5-50 vikt-%, kännetecknad därav, att som komponent b) är minst en polyeterpolyol med en (medel) hydroxylekvivalentvikt av 500 - 3000 och en (medel) hydro-xylfunktionalitet av högre än 4.
2. Flytande polyisocyanatblandningar enligt pa-25 tentkrav 1, kännetecknad därav, att i fräga om komponenten b) handler det om minst en polyeterpolyol med polymeriserade alkylenoxidenheter vilka bestär av 70 -100 vikt-% polylenoxidenheter och 0-30 vikt-% etylenoxi-denheter, varvid de eventuellt närvarande etylenoxidenhe-30 terna kan vara statistiskt fördelade i polyeterkedjorna, som in i kedjorna anordnade klimpar och/eller vid änd-ställningarna.
3. Polyisocyanatblandningar enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknad därav, att komponenten 35 b) bestär av minst en polyeterpolyol som har 5-25 vikt- 22 9 5 1 41 %, beräknat pä de polymeriserade alkylenoxidenheternas totalvikt, polymeriserade, vid ändställningar närvarande etylenoxidenheter.
4. Polyisocyanatblandningar enligt nägot av pa-5 tentkraven 1 - 3, kännetecknad därav, att diisocyanatodifenylmetanisomererna bestär av minst en av komponenterna ai) eller a2) vilka omfattar 60 - 90 vikt-% av 4,4'-diisocyanatodifenylmetan, 10 - 40 vikt-% av 2,4’-diisocyanatodifenylmetan och 0-5 vikt-% av 2,2'-diiso-10 cyanatodifenylmetan, varvid nämnda procenttal kompletteräs tili 100, i ett sädant förhällande att totalhalten av komponenterna ai) och a2) pä 2,4'-diisocyanatodifenylmetan, beräknat pä totalhalten diisocyanatodifenylmetanisomerer, är 10 - 40 vikt-%. 15
5. Förfarande för framställning av flytande, ure- tangrupper innehällande polyisocyanatblandningar enligt patentkrav 1 genom att reagera ai) polyisocyanaten eller polyisocyanatblandnin-gen ur difenylmetanserien och med en diisocyanatodifenyl-20 metanisomerhalt av 50 - 100 vikt-% med b) underskottsmängden av minst en polyeterpolyol och därefter eventuellt blanda den erhällna reaktionspro-dukten av komponenterna ai) och b) med 25 a2) den uretangruppfria polyisocyanaten eller polyisocyanatblandningen ur difenylmetanserien och med en diisocyanatodifenylmetanisomerhalt av 40 - 100 vikt-%, i ett sädant förhällande att diisocyanatodifenylmetaniso-merhalten hos komponenterna ai) och a2) är totalt 50 - 95 30 vikt-% och halten av difenylmetanseriens difunktionella högre polyisocyanater av dessa utgängskomponenter är totalt 5-50 vikt-%, kännetecknat därav, att som komponent b) används minst en polyeterpolyol med en (medel) hydroxylekvivalentvikt av 500 - 3000 och en (me-35 del) hydroxylfunktionalitet av högre än 4. 6. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 5, känne-t e c k n a t därav, att som komponent b) används minst en polyeterpolyol med polymeriserade alkylenoxidenheter och med en (medel) hydroxylfunktionalitet av 4,5 - 6, vars 5 polymeriserade alkylenoxidenheter bestär av 70 - 100 vikt-% propylenoxidenheter och 0-30 vikt-% etylenoxidenheter, varvid de eventuellt närvarande etylenoxidenheterna kan vara statistiskt fördelade i polyeterkedjorna, som in i kedjorna anordnade klimpar och/eller vid ändställningarna. 10
7. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 5 eller 6, kännetecknat därav, att komponenten b) bestär av minst en polyeterpolyol som har 5-25 vikt-%, beräknat pä de polymeriserade alkylenoxidenheternas totalvikt, polymeriserade, vid ändställningar närvarande etylenoxiden- 15 heter.
8. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 5-7, kännetecknat därav, att diisocyanatodifenylme-tanisomererna bestär av minst en av komponenterna ai) eller a2) vilka omfattar 60 - 90 vikt-% av 4,4'-diisocyana- 20 todifenyImetän, 10 - 40 vikt-% av 2,4'-diisocyanatodife- nylmetan och 0-5 vikt-% av 2,2'-diisocyanatodifenyImetän, varvid nämnda procenttal kompletteräs tili 100, i ett sädant förhällande att totalhalten av komponenterna ai) och a2) pä 2,4'-diisocyanatodifenyImetän, beräknat pä to-: 25 talhalten diisocyanatodifenylmetanisomerer, är 10 - 40 vikt-%.
9. Användning av polyisocyanatblandningar enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4 som polyisocyanatkomponent vid framställningen av mjuka polyuretanskum.
