Claims (9)

1. Värmelsolerings- och/eller ljudabsorberingskon-struktion, kännetecknad därav, att den omfat- 5 tar en fiberkonstruktion, som utgörs av oantändbara, icke-lineariska, väsentligen irreversibelt värmehärdade, kolhaltiga fibrer, vilkas diameter är 7 - 29 mikrometer och förhällande mellan längd och tvärsnitt över 10:1, varvid fibrerna är elastiska, formäterställande och tänjbara och 10 har ett reversibelt elasticitetförhällande över 1,2:1, och ett begränsat syreindex-värde 40.
2. Konstruktion enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att de kolhaltiga fibrerna är härledd, frän stabiliserade, polymera prekursorfibrer 15 eller hartsbaserade prekursorfibrer med en diameter av 4-25 pm.
3. Konstruktion enligt patentkravet 2, kännetecknad därav, att de polymera prekursorfibrerna är akrylfibrer, som är valda ur gruppen akrylnitrilhomopoly- 20 merer, akrylnitrilkopolymerer och akrylnitrilterpolymerer, varvid kopolymererna och terpolymererna innehäller minst 85 mol-% akrylenheter och högst 15 mol-% av en eller flera monovinylenheter, som kopolymeriserats med en annan polymer .
4. Konstruktion enligt patentkravet 1, 2 eller 3, kännetecknad därav, att de kolhaltiga fibrerna är elledande och har en kolhalt av minst 85 % och ett el-motständ under 4 x 103 Ω/cm.
5. Konstruktion enligt patentkravet 1, 2 eller 3, 30 kännetecknad därav, att de kolhaltiga fibrerna har en läg elledningsförmäga och elektrostatisk förlust och de har en kolhalt under 85 % och ett elmotständ av 4 x 106 - 4 x 103 Ω/cm.
6. Konstruktion enligt patentkravet 1, 2 eller 3, 35 kännetecknad därav, att de kolhaltiga fibrerna -- 17“ 95051 är icke-elledande och har en kolhalt över 65 %, men lägre än 85 %, och ett elmotständ över 4 x 103 Ω/cm.
7. Konstruktion enligt nägot av föregäende patent-krav, kännetecknad därav, att fiberkonstruk- 5 tionen omfattar en ullformig fluff eller skiva med en skrymdensitet av 2,4 - 32 kg/cm3.
8. Konstruktion enligt nägot av föregäende patent-krav, kännetecknad därav, att de icke-lineära kolhaltiga fibrerna är blandade med andra fibrer, som 10 valts ur grupp syntetiska polymerfibrer, naturfibrer och lineära kolhaltiga fibrer.
9. Konstruktion enligt nägot av föregäende patent-krav, kännetecknad därav, att fiberkonstruk-tionen är blandad med ett härdbart polymerbindningsmedel. 15 »
