Claims (3)
1. Förfarande för framställning av terapeutiskt aktiva 7-metoximetyloxi-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-lH-3-bens- 5 azepiner med den allmänna formeln: 10 där R1 är väte, halogen eller nitro, R2 är väte eller C^-alkyl,
15 R4 är fenyl, som är ortokondenserad med en ben- sen-, cyklohexan-, cyklohexen-, cyklopentan- eller cyklo-pentenring, i vilken ring en av kolatomerna kan vara er-satt med syre, samt för framställning av farmaceutiskt godtagbara syraadditionssalter därav, känneteck-20 n a t därav, att en förening med formeln II »-öp'·*’ <“> 25 där R1, R2 och R4 betecknar samma som ovan, omsätts med en förening med formeln III C1CH20CH3 (III) 30 för erhällande av en förening med formeln I.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känne- t e c k n a t därav, att man framställer (+)-8-klor-7-metoximetyloxi-3-metyl-5-(bensofuran-7-yl)-2,3,4,5-tetra-35 hydro-lH-3-bensazepin. Il ' M .1 M tl 11.1« : 13 94956
