Ranteeseen kiinnitettävä terveydentilan seurantalaite. -övervakningsanordning för hälsotillständet, vilken fästs vid handled.
Keksinnön kohteena on ranteessa pidettävä valvontalaite, joka itsenäisesti tarkkailee henkilön terveyden tilaa liikeaktivi-teetin ja ihon sähkönjohtavuuden avulla. Poikkeavat tilatiedot välitetään tunnetulla tekniikalla radiotaajuisella viestillä yhteen tai useampaan vastaanottimeen, joka antaa joko paikallisen hälytyksen tai tieto siirretään tunnetulla tekniikalla keskitettyyn hälytysten vastaanottopisteeseen.
Ranteessa pidettävää laitetta, joka valvoo itsenäisesti ja reaaliaikaisesti liikkumista ja terveydentilaa ei toistaiseksi ole näköpiirissä. Perinteisesti valvonta on toteutettu henkilön ulkopuolisilla antureilla, kuten oven käytön valvonnalla. Ongelmana on pitkä valvonta-aika, kalliit asennuskustannukset sekä turhat hälytykset, kun valvottava poistuu tilasta kytkemättä valvontaa pois päältä. On myös mukana kannettavia radio-lähettimiä, joissa on henkilön asennon tunnistava kytkin; ongelmana tällaisilla laitteilla on turhat hälytykset, koska käyttäjän täytyy muistaa riisua laite käydessään makuulle. Ongelmana on myös se, että valvonta on aktiivinen vain jalkeilla ollessa. Tunnettua on myös sydämen seuranta, mutta se ei välitä tietoa liikeaktiviteetista ja ei sovellu kulunvalvontaan. Sydämenseurantalaitteet ovat myös perinteisesti kalliita ja vaativat usein paristonvaihtoa ja eivät sovellu kohteisiin missä on paljon käyttäjiä pienellä alueella tai seuranta on pitkäaikaista.
Keksinnön tarkoituksena on aikaansaada rannekellon tyyppinen laite, jota käyttäjä pitää jatkuvasti ranteessaan ja joka tarkkailee terveydentilaa itsenäisesti ja reaaliaikaisesti sekä lähettää hälytyksen havaitessaan poikkeavan tilanteen. Tämä tarkoitus saavutetaan keksinnöllä oheisessa patenttivaatimuk- 92139 2 sessa 1 esitettyjen tunnusmerkkien perusteella. Ranteessa pidettävä laite siirtää hälytyksen lähettävän laitteen yksilöivällä ID-tunnuksella varustettuna erilliseen vastaanottimeen tai useisiin vastaanottimiin, jotka voivat kattaa vaikka kokonaisen sairaalan tai alueen. Vastaanottimet voidaan liittää erilaisiin paikallisiin hälyttimiin tai turvapuhelimeen. Laite mahdollistaa käyttäjän itsensä tekemän hälytyksen painonapilla, terveydentilan valvonnan liikeaktiviteetin ja ihon sähkönjohtavuuden avulla. Laitteen avulla voidaan toteuttaa vanhuksien ns. toiminnallinen aikavalvonta eli tilanteet, joissa valvottava kaatuu, menettää tajuntansa tai ei pysty liikuttamaan itseään tunnistetaan ja laite tekee automaattisesti hälytyksen. Ranne-hälytin soveltuu myös karkailevien dementiapotilaiden valvontaan sekä päällekarkaushälyttimeksi. Kaikki aktiivinen päättely ja anturiviestien käsittely tapahtuu rannehälyttimessä yksinkertaisella ja erittäin pienivirtaisella tekniikalla, jolloin sitä voidaan käyttää hyvin pitkiä aikoja samoilla paristoilla.
Seuraavassa keksintöä havainnollistetaan viittaamalla oheisiin piirrustuksiin, joissa
Kuvio 1 esittää keksinnön mukaista laitetta, johon kuuluu ranteeseen kiinnitettävä ilmaisin- ja lähetinyksikkö 1 ja erillinen vastaanotinyksikkö 2.

Keksinnön mukaiseen laitteeseen kuuluu rannekellon kokoinen li • « 92139 3 ilmaisin- ja lähetinyksikkö 1, jonka pohjaan on kiinnitetty hopeoidut kosketinpinnat/lämpötila-anturi 4 ja johon on sijoitettu kiihtyvyysanturi 5, ja kiihtyvyysanturin pulssinilmaisin 6, aikalaskuri 7, ja radiolähetin 9. Erillinen vastaanotinyk-sikkö 2 on varustettu hälytyksen relelähdöllä 11 ja radiovas-taanottimella 10.
Ihon sähkönjohtavuus mitataan kosketinpinnoilla 4, jolloin sähkönjohtavuus kuvaa terveydentilaa, ollen normaalikuntoisella ihmisellä suuri ja normaalista poikkeavassa tilassa pieni.
Ihon sähkönjohtavuudella ohjataan aikalaskurin 7 nopeutta siten, että suuri ihon vastus hidastaa aikalaskuria ja pieni ihon vastus nopeuttaa aikalaskuria. Kiihtyvyysanturi 5 ilmaisee käden liikkeet ja antaa pulssi-ilmaisimen 6 välityksellä nol-lauspulssin aikalaskurille aina kun riittävän suuri liike havaitaan. Jos aikalaskuria ei nollata määritellyn ajan kuluessa käynnistää se radiolähettimen 9, joka lähettää hälytyksen vastaanottimelle 10. Laskurilla 8 lasketaan ennalta määritelty määrä kiihtyvyysanturin antamia pulsseja, jolloin käynnistetään radiolähetin 9 ja lähetetään ns. dementiatieto siitä, että valvottava liikkuu. Jos vastaanotin joka on rajaamassa valvottavaa aluetta saa ko. tiedon, käynnistetään hälytys. Käyttäjän riisuessa rannehälyttimen ihon sähkönjohtavuutta ja lämpötilaa mittaavat kosketinpinnat säätävät laskurin nopeuden niin • hitaalle, ettei hälytystä anneta, jos käyttäjä ottaa laitteen esim. suihkuun tai saunaan mennessään pois. Kotoa poistuttaessa laitteen annetaan olla ranteessa, jolloin vikahälytyksiä ei synny pitkänkään poissaolon seurauksena.
Laitteen rannehälyttimen 1 ja ilmaistavien tekijöiden looginen toiminta on esitetty kuvassa 4. Rannehälyttimen ohjaavana signaalina on ihon sähkönjohtavuus joka saadaan kosketuspinnoilta 4, joka säätää aikalaskurin 7 nopeutta, laskuri saavuttaa ihon suurella sähkönjohtavuudella nopeammin hälytysrajan 8 jolloin hälytys käynnistää radiolähettimen 9. Käyttäjän liikuttaessa 92139 4 kättään antaa kiihtyvyysanturi 5 nollauspulssin aikalaskurille 7 ja laskenta aloitetaan alusta. Laskuri 8 lähettää dementia-tiedon saatuaan riittävän määrän pulsseja.

Claims (5)

  1. 92139
  2. 1. Terveydentilan seurantalaite, johon kuuluu ranteeseen kiinnitettävä ilmaisin ja lähetinyksikkö (1), jossa on ilmaisinelimet (4, 5) terveydentilan tarkkailua varten ja radiolähetin (9) valvonta- tai hälytyssignaalin lähettämiseksi, sekä ainakin yksi erillinen vastaanotin (2), joka antaa joko paikallisen valvontatiedon tai hälytyksen, tai valvontatieto tai hälytys siirretään keskitettyyn hälytysten vastaanottopisteeseen, tunnettu siitä, että mainittuihin ilmaisin-elimiin kuuluu: - ihon sähkönjohtavuuden mitta-anturi (4); - aikalaskuri (7), jonka nopeutta mainittu mitta-anturi (4) ohjaa ihon sähkönjohtavuudesta riippuvaisesti; - käden liikkeet ilmaiseva kiihtyvyysanturi (5), joka on kytketty pulssi-ilmaisimen (6) välityksellä nollaamaan aikalaskuri aina kun riittävän suuri liike havaitaan.
  3. 2. Patetenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen laite, tunnettu siitä, että aikalaskuri (7) käynnistää radiolähettimen (9), joka lähettää hälytyksen vastaanottimelle (10), jos aikalaskuria (7) ei nollata ennaltamäärätyn ajan kuluessa.

Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen laite, tunnettu siitä, että ilmaisin ja lähetinyksikköön (1) kuuluu lisäksi laskuri (8), jolla lasketaan ennalta määrätty määrä kiihtyvyysanturin (5) antamia pulsseja, jolloin käynnistetään radiolähetin (9) ja lähetetään ns. dementiatieto siitä, että valvottava liikkuu. ·· 4.
