Claims (10)
1. Dekorativt plastlaminat, som innehäller en kärna med ett flertal pä varandra lagda cellulosabaserade ark, 5 vilka impregnerats med ett värmehärdande harts och samman-bundits med hetta och ett tryck av 5 - 10 MPa, känne-t e c k n a t därav, att kärnan bestär av ett flertal väsentligen genomskinliga ark bestäende av α-cellulosa och högst 40 vikt-% rayonfibrer, och av ätminstone ett mellan 10 de genomskinliga arken placerat dekorativt ark eller ett genomskinligt ark, pä vilket ätminstone delvis tryckts ett dekorativt mönster, varvid arken har impregnerats med ett värmehärdande aminoharts, som valts frän en grupp inne-hällande melamin/formaldehydharts och blandningar därav 15 med acetoguanamin/formaldehyd och/eller bensoguanamin/-formaldehyd, varvid laminatet har en dekorativ estetisk effekt tili följd av opaliseringen mellan arkskikten eller genomskinligheten.
2. Plastlaminat enligt patentkravet 1, känne-20 tecknat därav, att kärnan bestär av väsentligen genomskinliga ark och omfattar ätminstone ett dekorativt ark placerat pä var och en motstäende sida av kärnan, att en stapel bestäende av ett flertal genomskinliga ark har placerats ovanpä vart och ett dekorativt ark, och att yt-25 skikt placerats pä laminatets motstäende ytor. »
3. Plastlaminat enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att de genomskinliga ar-kens kvadratmassa är 25 - 100 g/m2.
4. Plastlaminat enligt patentkravet 1, känne-30 tecknat därav, att det pä ätminstone en yta omfattar ätminstone ett ytskikt, som har impregnerats med ett värmehärdande aminoharts.
5. Plastlaminat enligt nägot av patentkraven 2-4, kännetecknat därav, att det skyddande ytskik- 35 tets kvadratmassa är 20 - 40 g/m2. 91841
6. Dekorativt plastlaminat enligt nägot av de före-gäende patentkraven, kännetecknat därav, att det dekorativa arket har en kvadratmassa av 60 - 160 g/m^.
7. Dekorativt plastlaminat enligt nägot av patent-5 kraven 1 - 6, kännetecknat därav, att arken har impregnerats med melamin/formaldehydharts, eventuellt blandat med bensoguanamin/formaldehyd- och/eller aceto-guanaminformaldehydharts i förhällandet 1:0, 1-1:1.
8. Förfarande för framställning av ett dekorativt 10 plastlaminat enligt nägot av patentkraven 1 - 7, i vilket arken impregneras med värmehärdande harts, torkas, staplas och utsätts för tryck och hetta för sammanbindning av arken, kännetecknat därav, att impregneringen och följande torkning utförs sä, att man erhäller en 40 -15 70 vikt-%:s hartshalt, en 4 - 7 vikt-%:s hait av flyktiga ämnen och en 2-20 vikt-%:s flytbarhet.
9. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 10 - 12, kännetecknat därav, att pä de staplade arken riktas ett tryck av 5
- 10 MPa och temperatur av 120 - 20 160°C för att ästadkomma förnätning av de impregnerande hartsen. % I:
