Claims (4)
1. Givare, specieilt en gassensor, som anvånds vid infrarodspektroskopiska haltighetsmåtningar for analys av 5 strålning från en yttre strålningskalla (2) genom ett provutrymme (3), som innehåller en eller flera gaser, vil-ken givare omfattar ett filter (4), som avgrånsar ett våg-talsområde, en kollimatorlins (5) och en infraroddetektor (6) samt ett reglerbart filter (7) av Fabry-Perot-typ, 10 vilket består av två parallella och med en delvis reflek-terande belåggning (8,9) åtminstone delvis belagda fons-terplåtar (10,11) och en piezoelektrisk aktuator (12), med vilken avståndet (d) mellan fonsterplåtarna kan regleras med hjalp av en over aktuatorn (12) kopplad spanning, och 15 varvid filtrets (7) passband (13a-13j) ar anordnade att parvis motsvara absorptionstoppar (14a-14j) i gasen som mats inom det vågtalsområde (S) som beståms av det våg-talsområdet avgrånsande filtret (4), kånneteck-n a d dårav att den piezoelektriska aktuatorn (12) ar 20 placerad mellan de reflekterande belåggningarna (8,9) i fonsterplåtarna (10 och 11) som en mellanplatta, vårs tjocklek våsentligen motsvarar avståndet mellan de reflek-terande belåggningarna (8,9), varvid den piezoelektriska mellanplattan tillsammans med de med belåggning (8,9) for-25 sedda fonsterplåtarna (10,11) bildar ett reglerbart Eta-lonfilter.
2. Givare enligt patentkrav 1, kånneteck-n a d dårav att mellanplattan utgors av en skiva, vårs mittdel omfattar en oppning (16).
3. Givare enligt patentkrav 1, kånneteck- ; n a d dårav att mellanplattan utgors av åtminstone tre separata symmetriskt mellan fonstren placerade skivor (12a-12c) och att mellan skivorna placerats givare (17a-17c) som måter avståndet (d) mellan fonstren (10,11).
4. Givare enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, k å η n e - II 91 564 15 t e c k n a d dårav att det piezoelektriska materialet i mellanplattan ar genomskinligt inom det anvånda vågtals-området och att de delvis reflekterande belåggningarna (8, 9), som i detta fall dessutom ar elledande, befinner sig 5 på mellanplattans ytor i stållet for på fonstren, varvid aktuatorn (12) utgor ett skivformigt Etalonfilter.
