LastauspalliA pallet

The invention relates mainly to a disposable loading ball, which is constructed of a carrier plate made of corrugated cardboard and of several foot blocks placed on the underside of the carrier plate, which are then corrugated cardboard. More specifically, the invention relates to a loading ball, single-use and constructed of a carrier plate of corrugated board, as well as a plurality of blocks placed on the underside of the corrugated board, which are made of strong corrugated board and are substantially flat-shaped, with at least ten layers of corrugated cardboard are arranged at a substantially right angle to the carrier floor and that in at least part of the layer of corrugated cardboard the small channels in each block of foot extend substantially at right angles to the carrier floor.

Laatikkomaisilla kappaleilla on ulkonevat aaltopahvilius-25 kat, joiden avulla kappaleet on kiinnitetty pallin kantolaatan alasivuun. Mainitut liuskan on nimittain viety ylOs kantolaatan rakojen kautta ja taitettu kantolaatan ylftsi-vulle. TamSn lisSksi jalkapalikat ovat melko korkeat. Tama lastauspalli ei toimi taysin tyydyttavasti kahden mainitun 30 seikan johdosta, koska suuri sisdinen ontelo jalkapalikassa johtaa siihen, etta viimeksi mainittu on melko heikko. It has long been known to make loading balls out of 20 corrugated cardboard. Thus, from U.S. Pat. No. 3,763,791, a loading ball is known, the legs of which consist of small, box-shaped pieces which are corrugated cardboard and which have two layers of corrugated cardboard on the walls. The box-like pieces have protruding corrugated cardboard strips 25 to secure the pieces to the underside of the bale carrier plate. Namely, said strip is passed through the slots of the carrier plate and folded onto the ylftsi of the carrier plate. In addition, the foot blocks are quite high. This loading ball does not work completely satisfactorily due to the two mentioned 30 factors, because the large internal cavity in the foot block results in the latter being rather weak.

Lopuksi on haitaksi, etta tamén lastaus-pallin rakenne on melko monimutkainen. The fact that the foot blocks are quite high means that they can be relatively easily detached from the carrier plate when the loading ball is standing on the ground and loaded with goods if the latter are subjected to 2 horizontal forces. Finally, the disadvantage is that the structure of the tamen loading ball is quite complicated.

The object of the invention is to develop a loading ball which is of the aforementioned species, the structure of which is simpler and stronger than those known to date, and which, moreover, is very compact.

Kompakt! rakenne on hyvin tarkea, jotta useat las-tauspallit niiden paaile pinottujen tavaroiden kanssa voi-daan pinoa paailekkain pienlssa tiloissa, esim. konttiin 10 tai lastausvaunuun, tilaa maksimaalisestl hyOdyntaen (il-maa on oltava mahdollisimman vahan) ja tama kompakti rakenne on varmistettava samalla kun on mahdollista helpos-ti kasitelia lastauspalleja varmasti haarukkatrukilla.Kompakt! the structure is very precise so that several loading pallets with their stacked goods can be stacked side by side in small spaces, eg a container 10 or a loading wagon, making maximum use of space (the air must be as waxy as possible) and this compact structure must be ensured it is possible to easily handle pallets with a forklift.

KeksinnOn mukaiselle lastauspallille on tunnus- 15 omaista, etta jalkapalikkojen korkeus on noin 15 - 35 mm, etta jalkapalikkojen laminaattiin sisaltyvan aaltopahvin 2 paino on 140 - 180 g/m , ja etta jalkapalikat on llimattu suoraan kantolaatan paaile yksikomponentti-lateksiliimal-la. The loading ball according to the invention is characterized in that the height of the foot blocks is about 15 to 35 mm, that the weight of the corrugated board 2 included in the foot block laminate is 140 to 180 g / m, and that the foot blocks are glued directly to the carrier plate with a one-component latex adhesive. This ensures that the loading ball is very simple and strong and, in addition, very cheap. The intensity is due to the fact that the interior of the foot blocks is not weak. It is not disputed that the block of foot is made of laminate with layers of corrugated cardboard. A minimum of ten floors is required. Because the foot blocks are very low (due to the large number of 25 layers of corrugated board) and very wide, there is no danger of them tearing off when the loading ball is loaded laterally when goods are loaded on its surface. In addition, the loading balloon is very well suited for transporting goods in containers or wagon loading-30 spaces, where the space must be utilized to the maximum, and at the same time it is desirable that the loading bales can be loaded and unloaded with a forklift. Due to the very simple structure of the loading ball, it is very cheap. Sometimes it can be thrown into a jayt, so that it is only used once by Kay-35.

KeksinnOn mukaisen lastauspallin suositeltavat suo-ritusmuodot on esitetty oheistetuissa patenttivaatimuksis-sa 2 - 6.Preferred embodiments of a loading ball according to the invention are set out in the appended claims 2 to 6.

KeksinnOn mukaisen lastauspallin jalkapalikoiden 5 laminaatissa kaytetty aaltopahvi on edullisestl tyyppia "yksipuolinen aaltopahvi", jonka paino on mieluiten 160 g/m3. TSllttin saadaan lastauspallille riittavan suuri lujuus. The corrugated board used in the laminate of the foot blocks 5 of the loading ball according to the invention is preferably of the "single-sided corrugated board" type, preferably weighing 160 g / m 3. TSllttin provides a sufficiently high strength for the loading ball.

According to the invention, at least a part of the loading balls 10, closest to the foot blocks, can additionally be coated and / or cooled with a water-repellent material, e.g. wax or plastic, so that the loading ball is very easily strengthened even if exposed to moisture, as moisture cannot weaken the foot blocks.

15 KeksinnOn mukaisten jalkapalikoiden laminaatti voi sisaltaa yhden tai useat hyvin ohuet kerrokset vaahtomuo-via, lahinna polyvinyylikloridia, jolloin jalkapalikka vahvistuu huomattavasti. The laminate of the foot blocks according to the invention may contain one or more very thin layers of foam, at most polyvinyl chloride, whereby the foot block is considerably strengthened.

Kun laminaatista tehdyt jalkapalikat liimataan 20 kiinni kantolaattaan yksikomponentti-lateksiliimalla, las tauspallin valmistusaika lyhenee. Kun pienet kanavat jal-kapalikan aaltopahvikerroksessa ulottuvat suorassa kulmas-sa suhteessa kantolaattaan, palikan kantokyky suurenee. When the foot blocks made of laminate are glued to the carrier plate 20 with a one-component latex adhesive, the manufacturing time of the loading ball is shortened. When the small channels in the corrugated layer of the foot block extend at right angles to the carrier plate, the load capacity of the block increases.

Lisåksi voidaan keksinnOn mukaisesti jalkapalikoi-25 den alasivu peittaa peitekerroksella, esim. paperikarton-kia tai aaltopahvia, mika varmistaa sen, etta vetta ei imeydy kapillaarivaikutuksella ylOs pystysuorien aalto-pahvikerrosten pieniin kanaviin. Mainittujen pienten ka-navien suurin poikkileikkauskoko on n. 4 - 5 mm.In addition, according to the invention, the underside of the foot blocks 25 can be covered with a cover layer, e.g. paperboard or corrugated board, which ensures that water is not absorbed by capillary action into the small channels of the vertical corrugated cardboard layers. The maximum cross-sectional size of said small channels is about 4 to 5 mm.

Nain estetaan jalkapalikan aaltopahvikerrosta tulemasta puristetuksi ulos sivulle suurten pystysuorien 35 kuormitusten yhteydessa. Tama vahvistaa siis jalkapalilcoi-ta huomattavasti. In addition, according to the invention, one or more thin metal slabs may extend around a single foot piece to hold the corrugated paperboard layers together as they are loaded. This prevents the corrugated cardboard layer of the foot block from being squeezed out to the side under large vertical loads. This thus considerably strengthens the football.

Lopuksi aaltopahvikerrokset jalkapalikassa voivat olla ristiin asetettuja, jolloin pienet kanavat aaltopah-vikerroksessa ovat 18hinn& suorassa kulmassa suhteessa viereisen aaltopahvikerroksen pieniin kanaviin. Finally, the corrugated layers in the foot block may be cross-arranged, with the small channels in the corrugated layer being at a right angle to the small channels in the adjacent corrugated layer.

5 KeksintOft selitetfi&n seuraavassa viitaten piirus- tukseen, jossa: kuvio 1 esittaa perspektiivikuvantoa keksinnbn mu-kaisesta lastauspallista nayttaen selvasti, kuinka las-tauspallin hyvin matalat jalkapalikat on sijoitettu las-10 tauspallin kantolaatan alasivulle; kuvio 2 esittaa kuvantoa vinosti alhaalta jalkapa-likasta; kuvio 3 esittaa kuvantoa jalkapalikan toisesta to-teutusmuodosta, jossa aaltopahvikerrosten vaiissa on vaah-15 tomuovikerros; kuvio 4 esittaa kuvantoa jalkapalikan toisesta to-teutusmuodosta, jossa jalkapalikan alasivulla on vaakasuo-ra aaltopahvikerros; kuvio 5 esittaa kuvantoa jalkapalikan toisesta to-20 teutusmuodosta, johon on pantu yksi tai useita ympari ulottuvia metallilankoja monien aaltopahvikerrosten pita-miseksi koossa ja niiden vahvistamiseksi; ja kuvio 6 esittaa kuvantoa jalkapalikasta, jossa on ristiin asetettuja aaltopahvikerroksia. The invention will now be described with reference to the drawing, in which: Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a loading ball according to the invention, clearly showing how the very low foot blocks of the loading ball are placed on the underside of the loading ball carrier plate; Fig. 2 shows an oblique bottom view of the foot dirt; Fig. 3 shows a view of a second embodiment of a foot block in which the corrugated layers have a foam layer; Fig. 4 shows a view of another embodiment of a foot block with a horizontal corrugated cardboard layer on the underside of the foot block; Fig. 5 shows a view of a second embodiment of a foot block in which one or more circumferential metal wires are embedded to hold and reinforce a plurality of layers of corrugated board; and Figure 6 shows a view of a foot block with crossed corrugated cardboard layers.

Kaytetty aaltopahvi on voimakasta tyyppia. The loading ball shown in Figure 1, which is the closest disposable ball, consists of a carrier plate 1, which is corrugated cardboard, and several foot blocks 2 placed on the underside of the carrier plate. The latter are so-called corrugated cardboard. The carrier plate 1 preferably consists of a horizontal layer of aal-30 top cardboard, but it may very well consist of two or three such layers. According to Figure 2, the individual foot block 2 consists of an 18-price flat laminate with at least ten layers of corrugated cardboard 3a, 3b, 3c ..., the corrugated cardboard layers 35 being substantially at right angles to the carrier plate 91233 5 1. As shown in kSy, the foot block is substantially massive. winged because there are no large cavities inside it. The corrugated board used is of a strong type. The height h of the foot pallet is relatively small compared to the weight H of the loading pallet 5 and is in the range of 15 to 35 mm. The foot block is therefore very low, which is an important advantage, because the ball and the goods stacked on top of it must take up as little space as possible when it is placed in a container or Wagon loading space, for example. However, the foot blocks must be 10 just so high that the fork of the forklift can be inserted under the loading ball to lift and handle it.

Tavallisesti kaytetty aaltopahvi on tyyppia "yksi-puolinen aaltopahvi", jonka paino on alueella 140 - 180 15 g/m2, mieluiten 160 g/m2.The corrugated board usually used is of the "single-sided corrugated board" type, weighing in the range of 140 to 180 g / m 2, preferably 160 g / m 2.

In order to increase the moisture resistance of the foot blocks, a water-repellent agent, e.g. a wax or a plastic material, mainly polyvinyl chloride, can be coated and / or cured.

20 Kuten kuvio 3 ndyttaa, voi jalkapalikan 2 aaltopah vi laminaat ti sisaltaa yhden tai useampia hyvin ohuita vaahtomuovikerroksia, kuten esim. naytetaan kohdissa 4a, 4b ja 4c. Nama kerrokset toimivat toisaalta sulkukerrok-sina, toisaalta ne lisaavat jalkapalikan paineenkestavyyt-25 ta.As shown in Figure 3, the corrugated laminates of the foot block 2 may comprise one or more very thin layers of foam, as shown, for example, in 4a, 4b and 4c. On the one hand, these layers act as barrier layers, on the other hand, they increase the pressure resistance of the foot block.

Yksittainen jalkapalikka 2 on mieluiten liimattu kiinni kantolaattaan 1 yksikomponentti-lateksikalvolla.The individual foot block 2 is preferably glued to the carrier plate 1 with a one-component latex film.

Kuten on mainittu, nayttaa kuvio 2 jalkapalikan nahtyna vinosti alhaalta. Siita huomaa, etta pienet kanavat 5a, 30 5b, 5c yksittaisessa aaltopahvikerroksessa ulottuvat mie luiten suorassa kulmassa suhteessa kantolaattaan 1.As mentioned, Figure 2 shows the foot block squinting diagonally from below. It will be appreciated that the small channels 5a, 30b, 5c in the single corrugated board layer preferably extend at right angles to the carrier plate 1.

Kuvion 4 mukaisesti voidaan ykslttaisen jalkapalikan 2 alasivu pelttaa peitekerroksella 6, joka on esim. paperikartonkia tai aaltopahvla. Tama estaa tietyssa maa-35 rin kosteutta tulemasta imetyksi ylOs palikan pieniin ka- naviin 5a, 5b, 5c (ks. kuviota 2).According to Figure 4, the underside of the single leg block 2 can be sheeted with a cover layer 6, which is e.g. paperboard or corrugated board. This prevents a certain amount of soil moisture from being sucked into the small channels 5a, 5b, 5c of the block (see Figure 2).

66

Kuten kuvio 5 nayttaa, voi jalkapalikan 2 ympSri ulottua yksi tal useampi ohut metallilanka 8', 8" jalkapalikan paineenkestavyyden liså&miseksi. Metallilangat voivat mahdollisesti myOs ulottua sisaan kahden perSkkai-5 sen aaltopahvikerroksen v&lille jalkapalikan sisålla. Kek-sintoa voidaan muuttaa monin tavoin tailOin poikkeamatta sen ajatuksesta. Taten, kuten kuvio 6 nayttaa, voivat aal-topahvikerrokset palikassa 2 olla ristiinasetettuja, jol-loin pienet kanavat 10a, 10b, 10c kerroksessa 10 ovat pdå-10 asiallisesti suorassa kulmassa suhteessa kerroksen 11 pie-niin kanaviin 11a, 11b.As shown in Fig. 5, one or more thin metal wires 8 ', 8 "may extend around the foot block 2 to increase the pressure resistance of the foot block. Tate, as shown in Fig. 6, the corrugated layers in the block 2 can be cross-arranged, whereby the small channels 10a, 10b, 10c in the layer 10 are pdå-10 at a substantially right angle to the small channels 11a, 11b of the layer 11.
