Abstract
The plate and footrests are made of bonded cardboard layers, whereby the layers run parallel to the surface of the plate. Manufacturing rejects or seconds are used for the construction of the plate, while the foot rests are constructed from cut-offs or waste from the same material. The plate is typically 2.5cm thick and has sides about 120cm long. The height of the footrests is about 10cm, and they are separated from one another by about 20 cm. The outermost footrest is at a distance from the plate edge of about 10 cm, i.e. about half the distance between neighbouring footrests. The pallet is preferably coated or impregnated with a rot-preventative chemical which can alternatively be mixed with the binder for the layers of cardboard.
Description
Fig. 1 ist eine isometrische Darstellung einer Palette,
Fig. 2 ist eine Aufsicht auf dieselbe,
Fig. 3 ist eine Frontansicht,
Fig. 5 ist eine Seitenansicht.

**WARNUNG** Ende DESC Feld konnte Anfang CLMS uberlappen**.
Wooden pallets are commonly used for shipping and other transportation of goods. These are relatively expensive and therefore generally have to be used several times. However, a return transport is often hardly possible or at least quite expensive.
To overcome these disadvantages, the invention creates a pallet which is very cheap to manufacture. It is also easy to remove and is therefore particularly suitable for one-way use. Preferably it is made of material that would be destroyed anyway. The preferred disposable use of the same does not result in any disadvantages.
According to the invention, the one-way pallet is characterized in that the plate and the baseboards consist of cardboard layers connected to one another, the layering running parallel to the plate.
It can be scrap or second-choice cardboard; waste pieces are sufficient for the skirting boards that are only subjected to pressure.
For special climatic conditions the pallet can be treated with rot-resistant material. Occasional re-use of the pallet is therefore entirely possible, but thanks to the low cost and the use of material that can generally be disposed of anyway, there is no need to do so.
Further details emerge from the following description of an exemplary embodiment of the invention with reference to the drawing:
Fig. 1 is an isometric view of a pallet,
Fig. 2 is a plan view of the same,
Fig. 3 is a front view,
Figure 4 is a bottom plan view of the pallet, and
Fig. 5 is a side view.
The pallet 10 is formed by a plate 11 and four baseboards 12. The preferred shape of the plate 1 is square, the side length L in Fig. 2 being about 120 cm and the thickness T of the plate being about 2.5 cm. The height H of the skirting boards 12 is approximately 10 cm, but this dimension can vary depending on the use of the pallet. The width W of the pallet foot rails 12 is also approximately 10 cm, the distance S from one another, however, 20 cm, which results in a center distance of approximately 30 cm. The distance between the outermost baseboards and the edge of the pallet is S / 2, i.e. about 10 cm.
The pallet board is layered from cardboard of second choice or one with manufacturing defects, while the baseboards can be made from scrap or scrap of the same material. In order to be able to carry heavier loads, the layers of the plate and the baseboards must run horizontally.
Of course, the pallet can be made in various other sizes and shapes, where the low cost and one-way use pay off.
For humid or otherwise harmful climates, the whole pallets are preferably immersed in an anti-rot agent or otherwise treated with it.
Such chemicals can, however, also be added to the binding agent used to connect the layers.
PATENT CLAIM
One-way pallet for taking up loads during transport, characterized in that the plate and the baseboards consist of cardboard layers connected to one another, the layering running parallel to the plate.
SUBCLAIMS
